New Life Christian Academy Administration

The purpose of the New Life Christian Academy & Preparatory School   Board is to provide oversight and accountability for the operation of   the school. Their primary responsibility is the hiring of the Head of   School whose primary responsibilities are attaining pupils, developing   personnel and implementing the program within a board approved budget.

The   Board provides guidance and vision for the future of the school.   Through an organization of standing committees, the board will protect   the integrity of the school by insuring the school remains true to its   mission. The board will set tuition, approve the budget, develop long   range planning and help raise funds through capital campaigns and the   annual fund.

Qualification of Board Members

Prospective board members should be faithful believers in Christ and   active in their church. They should possess a testimony beyond reproach   and have a passion to serve, help and promote NLCA&PS.

 NLCA&PS School Improvement Goal 1: Create quality relationships and successful learning conditions for all students and staff.  

NLCA&PS School Improvement Goal 2: Develop and execute a comprehensive program for improving oral and written communication instruction of all students.

NLCA&PS School Improvement Goal 3: Develop and execute a technology plan that prepares students with the  key computer skills needed for success in college and the work world.

NLCA&PS School Improvement Goal 4: Develop and  execute a comprehensive system of learning approaches that emphasize  higher order learning skills such as analysis, pattern recognition, and  creative problem-solving. 


NLCA&PS School Improvement Goal 5: Develop and  execute a comprehensive spiritual development approach that will equip  our students for success in life and spiritual influence upon others.
